Buying a VLUV exercise ball: which model suits you?

VLUV has two product lines. The BOL is the classic exercise ball in sizes 60-65 cm and 70-75 cm, available in fabrics such as VLIP, SOVA, LEIV and STOV. Each material has its own texture and color palette - from soft felt-like fabrics to coarse-woven canvas. The VLIP balance stool (KAPSUL) has a different capsule shape and is intended as an active work chair for at a desk. Both models feature an anti-roll ring, carrying handle, and YKK zipper.

Choosing VLUV exercise ball size: S, M, or 60-65 cm?

The BOL exercise ball is available in 60-65 cm and 70-75 cm. As a rule of thumb: if your knees are at a 90-degree angle, you are sitting on the right size. For most adults, 60-65 cm is the standard size. The KAPSUL balance stool is available in S and M, with M being suitable for people of average to tall height.
