Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Please note for returns:
The product must be returned undamaged and, if possible, in its original packaging. The costs for return shipments are at the expense of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

What do we reimburse?
The seller will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs for the returned product, without delay, but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the seller offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with reimbursement until the product has been received or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is earlier.
The seller will use the same payment method that the consumer used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the consumer.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

14-day cooling-off period in the EU (with us 30 days)
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
