Returns Policy

We operate a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Please note regarding returns:
The product must be returned undamaged and, if possible, in its original packaging. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

What do we refund?
The seller will reimburse all payments from the consumer, including any delivery costs for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the seller offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with reimbursement until the product has been received or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever occurs first.
The seller will use the same payment method that the consumer used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the consumer.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We can then evaluate the problem and resolve it for you.

14-day statutory cooling-off period in the EU (for us 30 days)
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and also inform you whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within ten business days via your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
