Suitable for all heat sources (including induction) and in the oven. Developed using the latest technological tools, the Delight saucepan is significantly lighter than a traditional saucepan. It offers the advantage of healthy cooking while preserving the nutritional value of the ingredients used. The even heat distribution of the ceramic is ideal for enhancing flavors while simmering, very gently, without burning. The dimples on the underside of the domed lid concentrate evaporated juices, which return to the ingredients in small droplets, keeping the recipe moist and full of flavor. The pan has an ultra-smooth glaze with a conductive insert for induction hobs and features double handles for safe handling.
